The responsible processing of our clients’ data is of utmost importance to ONAR-MMSOFT.
Law 2016/679/EU concerning the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requires that data is collected, stored, and used in accordance with said law.
Any use outside the scope of the GDPR may only be performed upon obtaining your consent, after prior information.
This does not, however, affect the right to process data in the context of contract performance.

How Long Do We Retain it?
We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfill our obligations to users. However, due to our retention obligations, we store your personal data related to orders and bookings for a minimum of three years after contract performance.
If you are subscribed to our newsletters or are contacted for marketing purposes and are not one of our clients, we retain your data until you revoke your consent and for a maximum period of three years after your last contact.
